A 2.5 hour photography training course by Professional Loch Lomond Photographer Paul Saunders. The next course date options are Saturday April 27th 2019, Saturday 22nd June 2019 and Saturday 26th October 2019. Each course runs from 10.30am-1pm.

Courses take place outside in and around the beautiful village of Balmaha, amongst the stunning scenery of Loch Lomond. The course covers all the important camera settings with instruction on taking creatively composed and correctly exposed photographs.

Each course has up to 8 participants so there are plenty of opportunities to get 1 to 1 training from Paul. The course starts at 10.30am and is 2.5 hours long, walking around the village of Balmaha, Loch Lomond. Bring your camera and be ready to capture some beautiful photographs of the stunning countryside.

WHAT'S COVERED ON THE COURSE?

The course covers focusing, aperture, manual settings, lenses and general camera settings. Also general compositions and tips on subjects such as photographing people, landscapes and still life. 

Which CAMERA IS BEST FOR THE COURSE? 

A DSLR with a changeable lens works best. 

WHAT LEVEL IS THE COURSE AIMED AT?

From beginner to almost professional the course is tailored carefully for all taking part.

IS THE WALKING STRENUOUS?

Just like the content we carefully match the different route options to suit the people on the course. 

WHAT IF IT RAINS?

If the weather is too bad then we will rearrange, we can discuss the stand by date at time of booking.

WHAT FACILITIES ARE THERE?

In Balmaha there is The Oak Tree Inn, ideal for overnight accommodation, it also has a Village Shop, Coffee Shop and Restaurant. There are toilets in the Inn and at the National Park Visitor Centre. There is free parking in Balmaha.
